This program consists of five parts.

  • First, briefly the problem of sexual and psychological harassment at work while we present the theoretical framework-based conceptual design of the program.
  • Second, formulate goals, provides the basis for negotiations with the company, workers' representatives, occupational health committees or safety officers and workers for the implementation of the program.
  • Third, we present the characteristics of the program and the intervention strategy.
  • Fourthly include manual training sessions aimed at middle managers of companies.
  • At the end of this document also includes some annexes necessary for the implementation of the program and others that may be of interest to educators and to the company.
